Within 24 hours of receiving your booking form request, we’ll send you an email confirming the details and costs. To secure your booking, a $50 deposit payment is required
Cancellation 1 month prior to party date will receive full refund of your deposit. Cancellation within 1 month will require the full deposit being withheld.

Our Staff entering your home will provide identification and we have on file current police and working with children checks, ensuring our service to you is professional and safe. We take care of all the details so you can sit back and enjoy the celebrations.
All linen is washed after every party, and all décor is appropriately sanitized to maintain the highest hygiene standards.
The week of the party we will be in touch to advise the delivery and pickup times.
Our decorations are mainly exactly as per the photo, however depending on party numbers slight adjustments may be required.

Standard hire period is for one night, but we are happy to appropriately adjust as per party requirements.
We are based in Sydney (postcode 2234) and offer free delivery within a 40km radius. If you require delivery beyond this area, a transportation fee may apply.
